Methodology of implementation:
The project was implemented through a structured and participatory approach to ensure transparency, efficiency, and alignment with humanitarian standards.
Cash Distribution
Cash assistance was distributed on 9 April 2025 through Afghanistan International Bank (AIB). Each household received AFN 11,702 (equivalent to €155), based on a fixed exchange rate. The distribution was conducted securely and transparently with on-site verification and monitoring.
